The last five weeks have been a wonderful time for my HypnoBirthing practise. There have been seven babies born to couples who have taken my classes – two boys and five girls. Mostly to first time Mums and one to a second time Mum (in Luxembourg) I was thrilled to hear that one was born today in fact! (Wednesday 8th December). Every couple have said how they have benefited enormously from the classes and have felt so much more calm and in control throughout their pregnancies and birth. They are busy loving their new arrivals but I met two of them – quite the mostly delightful, alert and chilled babies – and happy and proud parents. Can’t wait to meet the rest…..
