I offer classes individually and in small groups. These classes are usually held on a weekday evening, commencing at 7:30. Ideally, HypnoBirthing® classes are held weekly, over five weeks, with each class lasting around two and a half hours and commencing around the 28th week, so that there is plenty of time to practise and become completely comfortable with the relaxation, visualisations and other important empowering aspects of HypnoBirthing®. However, in real life the ideal isn’t always possible. I therefore do all I can to tailor my classes around my clients. Some mothers have not discovered HypnoBirthing® until the 37th week of their pregnancy and so we have had something of a crash course – they too, have benefited greatly and gone on to have wonderful births.

As a practising Hypno/psychotherapist and NLP practitioner, I am able to bring a deep understanding to my clients needs and bring about a positive, upbeat expectation of their birth. The fee for the classes, for mother and birth companion is £275, which includes book, CDs and class handouts, together with up to three sessions of additional birth related hypnotherapy support you may need.
